Sorry to resurrect this old post, but when I heard the “ring” noise from Flash Gordon I lost it.
I just saw it last night and it was pretty crazy. Maybe the most ADD movie I’ve ever seen. Very entertaining though and it’s cool to see a movie geared almost directly at actual gamers. Something about the fact that everyone he kills bursts into change cracked me up also.
Movie’s been getting good reviews from anyone who matters (AKA people, not critics). Can’t wait to go see it this weekend.
I sincerely hope everyone who reads this understands what you’re referring to with “Joel and the bots.” Never having seen MST3K is a sin.
