The first details of our next game will be announced at PAX next week on Friday, August 26th, 2011. We have been planning this game for quite some time and so we’re very excited to finally be revealing information about it to the public.

I’ll be attending PAX Dev on Thursday and PAX on Friday and most of Saturday. Bill will not be at PAX Dev, but he will be at PAX on Friday and Saturday. We’ll probably be wearing Zeboyd Games shirts so if you run into us, feel free to stop and say hi.

If you’re a member of the press who will be at PAX and would like to arrange an interview with myself and/or Bill, go ahead and send me an email at rdespair at gmail dot com.

If you’re unable to attend PAX this month, not to worry! We will also be posting information about the game on our site, on Twitter, and on Facebook.

  1. He only heals once and it’s on a set turn (turn 8, I think) so the two best ways to beat him are:

1 – Beat him before the heal turn.
2 – Before he heals, focus on building up a huge combo count. Then unleash a massive combo breaker attack on him after the heal.

  2. Since there is no Walkthrough of Breath of Death VII
does somebody know how to kill the ursurpator? He heals himself every time i try to beat him and i can’t stand a chance against him.

A tipp would be nice. The game was quite fun till know… grrr..

  3. Really excited to see this new game. I never got around to getting your games on xblig, but after they were released on PC, I was so surprised to see how improved Cthulhu Saves the World was compared to Breath of Death VII. Really excited to see how this new game looks. I’m a huge fan and convinced many of my friends to purchase your games too. Please release this new one on PC as well?

  4. Been a fan since I exited the elevator and entered the underwater city of Ecstasy, can’t wait for the next game, and good luck at PAX this Friday!

  5. Details, eh? Like, “our game will be playable,” and, “our new game will include many words used descriptively to evoke meaning.” “Our game is not a vegetable.”

  6. Is it going to be similar to the other two games you’ve made? I am in love with Cthulhu Saves the World. It’s a fantastic game.

  7. Looking forward to it! I’m having a blast playing Cthulhu Saves the World.

  8. Well, can hardly wait 🙂 I´ll hope the game will be released on PC and X360, I prefer the second system 🙂
