First up on our new kickstarter list is Planetary Annihilation. It’s an RTS on a global scale done by the creators of Monday Night Combat. They’re asking for $900k and they’re off to a good start with $388k and 27 days left.

Next up is David Crane’s Jungle Adventure. David Crane is the creator of Pitfall! so I assume that the only reason why this isn’t called “New Pitfall! from David Crane” is because he no longer has the rights. I’m a huge Pitfall! & Pitfall! 2 fan (had the enhanced version on the Atari 5200 growing up) so I’d love to see this succeed but it’s off to a slow start with only $14k and a $900k goal. 28 days left.

Pinball Arcade is a popular digital version of pinball available on most of the major platforms and they currently have a kickstarter to raise funds to release the Star Trek: The Next Generation table as DLC. They’re asking for $45k and that money will be used to secure all the rights necessary to release the ST:TNG pinball table as DLC (they’ll cover development costs themselves). They’re up to $8k with 29 days left.

Last but not least, we have The Hostage Trials, an unusual mix between a traditional cellphone game and an alternate reality game starring popular voice actors like David Hayter & Jennifer Hale. They’re up to $19k with a $90k goal and 29 days to go.
